Trained both in Management technique (Emlyon business School) and Hospitality practices (Institut Paul Bocuse), my profile as Food &Beverage Manager specialized in Restaurants opening allows me to carry out the following mission: Forecasting and Creating future businesses while ensuring the operational execution in respect to both HACCP and LQA standard.

DUT (Diplôme Universitaire Technologique) is a 2-year Foundation program that will translate in to the equivalent of an international bachelor's degree in Business Administration after the successful completition of a third year abroad (which I will pursue in Glasgow, Scotland).
The program covers topics in introductory economics (micro, macro), Commerical Law, Marketing and Business Administration. I chose to specialise in Accounting and Finance.

A DUETI is 1 year Fondation program after the successful completition of a DUT. This degree enable me to obtain a level of study which is recognised in France and abroad.
This degree has been developed in conjunction with major UK employers. Many of the core module skills are in line with the requirements for graduate trainee programmes helping you to prepare for a career in national and international organisations.
Key elements of the programme include talks from, and visits to, local and national employers and varied assessment formats, including case studies and portfolio building.

MSc International Hospitality Management

The MSc in International Hospitality Management is a 16-month full-time double degree program delivered exclusively in English in partnership between Institut Paul Bocuse, a world-renowned school of hospitality management and gastronomy, and emlyon business school, one of Europe’s top business schools devoted to lifelong learning for entrepreneurial and international management. Taking place in France and in China it provides me with a broad view of the industry, general management knowledge and specialist know-how as it pertains to the global hospitality industry.
The teaching methods are based on an adapted pedagogy where by students choose a number of elective courses among a pre-defined range. Providing a balance between theory, analysis, creativity, and practical projects, this tailor-made approach allows me to capitalize on my strengths, pinpoints the areas of expertise i must improve and adapts to my previous background.
