My missions were to control reservation quality for individual customers on ONQ (Hilton worldwide software), to create reservations from phone calls and emails, to maximize sales by creating packages, by customer segmentation and by creating personalized rates. I had to prepare the dashboards analysis (such as reservations portfolio, budget, Forecast and history) to help strategic decisions in the hotel. I also made competition set analysis via studies on the spot and via internet (online travel agencies ...) and social networks. By the emails management, I managed customer complaints and room enquiries.
