I have just graduated from the Institut Paul Bocuse in France with a license in international management of hospitality and restaurant. I have spend the last 7 months working as a cost controller for Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver in Canada. This experience as confirmed my passion for the hospitality industry and my will to always provide an excellent service to our guests.

I am currently looking for a cost controller position in a luxury brand establishment. I have been handling the entire cost control function of the food and beverage division during my last internship at the Shangri-La Vancouver. I am dynamic, autonomous and willing to learn and develop further my personal and professional skills.
