With a huge passion for the F&B world I spent many years practicing cooking, I had the opportunity to work in several Michelin starred restaurants, after a 3 years bachelor at the Institut Paul Bocuse. After the experiences in the "operational" side of the business I decided to move to the "managerial" one starting a Master of Management of Food and Beverage at the SDA Bocconi in Milan, followed by an incredible enriching experience as F&B Research & Development at Chef Express.
I am passionate and I am continuously looking for new adventures and opportunities to learn more and improve my skills, but I'm also ready to use my knowledges and experience to consult entrepreneurs and company in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.
