Currently doing a Master's degree within Institut Paul Bocuse and EMLyon Business school, I am really interested in Food and Beverage management, but also in sales & marketing, in order to lead projects and respond to client's demand accordingly.
I like working in intercultural management, after experienced myself abroad during 1 year and a half, I am able to adapt myself to any kind of situations: accounting, sales, marketing, communication, logistics, events, work under pressure and in different environments.
I am keen on working in a dynamic and innovative environment to apply my capacities to be autonomous, multipurpose and trustworthy.

We represent quality brands such as Monbana Chocolate & Milkshake Powders, Teisseire Syrups, Pomona Fruit Purées & Gourmet sauces for toppings, Cafés Richard and Comptoirs Richard for coffees and teas, natural mineral water Ogeu, as well as Fruit Republic 100% pure juices.

In charge of the marketing of GREYYS company but also of all of the brands we are involved to:
- Develop new HORECA ( Hotel/Restaurant/Café ) accounts through sourcing and professional approach
- Increase brands visibility using marketing and lead generation strategies
- Develop B to B sales strategy to increase global turnover
- Develop B to C sales strategy in creating traffic online: website just renewed www.ouicart.com.sg
- Create partnerships with retailers both off and on-line
- In charge of events and workshops: Bartender Contest for Teisseire
- Work with the sales team to develop new ideas and new argues to drive HORECA revenue
- Work with brands HQ on menus, sales and marketing strategies

Potager City is a start up specialized in baskets 'delivery of seasonal fruits and vegetables. They support the local food system and fresh products. Orders are managed by the website www.potagercity.fr and delivered in different groceries stores as a picking point (butchery, wine shop, cheese dairy...), or directly to companies.
My main duty was to develop the business in order to increase sales.

- Campaigns: went to partner's shops to promote our products
- Contacted influent blogs and newspapers to enhance brand's image
- Prospection both off-line and on-line: companies, emailing, street-marketing...
